We booked a house here and closing was scheduled on July 20 and these people already took down payment from us already knowing that house is not completed yet and they still havent got city finals and fire departments sign offs and we already booked our furniture for home delivery tomorrow on26 July and thats almost one week ahead of closing date and now they are telling us to reschedule our furniture deliveries.Very disappointing and again we have to pay for rescheduling the deliveries.Thats not how it should be done.Our excitement for buying a new house is almost dying everyday.Please beware before purchasing house here.
