Local and open till 11pm but new policy This location stop accepting returns at 8pm now which Im not a big fan of. Lines are never to long of a wait. Rarely have good discount bakery selection and dog food options are few. 8-11pm will allow you easiest available parking

THEY DO NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMER. I have been shopping at this location for the past 6 months, upon moving to beautiful Jurupa Valley. I prefer going to this location instead of the one in Riverside, whenever possible. However, on Sunday March 17, 2024, while shopping and trying to find items for a new diet, I was followed, harassed and hovered over at checkout as if I was a criminal; for $50 worth of groceries. This is one of the most demeaning and disrespectful ways you can treat a fellow human and on top of that, a CUSTOMER. I actually forgot a few items because I was more interested in why a hispanic gentleman, out of uniform, in all black, was stalking me in your store! He then proceeds to talk with other associates and I could put the pieces together after that. Honestly, I would like to know if this is how you treat all of your male customers? Or just the ones with tattoos? I am also ADA and have been trying to regain mobility after a car accident. Ive also been healing after losing the most important person to me a few years ago. Everyday is a journey and I try to make the most of it. This experience definitely doesnt help. You never know what someone is going through and this is why we should treat everyone with kindness and respect. I will never shop at this location again; quite specifically, I will NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and the ethics department. I will be awaiting a formal explanation from GM Mario also. This is not over Walmart. Do Better. Or is Live Better not part of your Motto anymore?
