I came here on Sunday at 4:20 to rent a chainsaw and vibratory plate, The guy on the front desk told me we are closing in 40 minutes, I told him I only need them for half an hour , he said tomorrow is 4th of July we dont open so bring them on Tuesday, I took the equipment and I went to the side the chance I was not working at all with a very bald chain , The plate we used for half an hour , and I had to go to Home Depot to buy anew chainsaw to get the job done , when I came to return the stuff they were questioning me why is the chain like that and they gave it to me in the first place bad and I couldnt use it and it did not start and also they were asking for the fuel tank which I never got and they wouldnt believe me and instead of charging me for one hour of use for the temper plate they charge me one full day , they have the worst customer service ever, if you do use them make sure to be very clear and check what they give you
