I would never recommend anybody to go to this god-forsaken place and I didn't want to give them one star but you got to give them something in order to even submit the post

Arrived 15 min. early. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I asked to reschedule because I had not been seen. Staff said I was next in line, so I stayed. The doctor walks in and says, "You can do skin tags at home with over the counter meds or pay $150+ for treatment here because insurance doesn't cover cosmetic treatments." I said, " You don't think they look infected or cancerous?" Because they are very itchy, red and get caught on everything, especially my hair. He didn't even check for possible cancer. I min. Consultation and I was out the door with nothing done. No tests, no real observation, as he just looked at my neck for one second and said your insurance doesn't cover cosmetics. I really wish the staff had mentioned that when I called for an appointment or when they took my insurance info or front desk, or when they took me to wait 1 hour in the consultation room. A waste of time. Left me very untrustworthy. Would never attempt a procedure here if they don't have their act together and actually attempt to do their job. Basically, he saw me so he could charge my insurance for the 2 min. Consultation after waiting 1 hour and 15 min. Unprofessional!!

Went in to get a mole removed. The doctor and assistant were very nice. The procedure was fast and it didn’t hurt at all. Over all, great experience.

Dr Manu Seyfzadeh did a horrible job removing a cyst from my jawline. He didn't discuss any options for the type of sutures to minimalize the scar from the sutures until I asked on the day I arrived for the procedure. He made it sound as if there would be no difference on the outcome, but he ended up botching it. I requested that he make sure to remove the sack of the cyst so it wouldn't grow back & he did not follow my request which I shouldn't have to even ask, because he should know that already. In the end, I am now left with a bright red and swollen scar and the cyst is leaking still to this day. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy if I had any. Beware! Go somewhere else that is more professional and knowledgeable.
