Ive been waiting here for almost 2 hours to be seen for an appointment I made 2 months ago. My appointment was at 10am, got here at 9:50am, and its 11:40am and I still havent been called in yet. The lady who was in front of me left 30 minutes ago and Ive watched everyone in the full waiting room, even people who arrived after me, get called ahead of me. It was my first time here and I dont think Ill be returning. They were very busy and I think their system is down so Ill give them grace there, but its obvious from other reviews that overbooking is a problem here. I never write negative reviews but save your time and go somewhere else. Its not worth it to wait 3 times as long as youre going to spend with the doctor. Im literally going to be late to work because of this. And Ive still yet to be called in

Looks as if the NP running behind schedule is a consistent issue. Will not be returning. Waited an hour to be seen. No acknowledgement of hour long wait. She did answer my questions about skin concerns but overall I felt she didnt examine skin closely. I felt I had to interject to ask more questions before she moved on. For a first time patient I expected more than 15 minutes to go over skin. Either way it seemed to be up to me to check for skin issues and changes if I want to catch anything.

Stay away from Dr Benjamin. Dudes money hungry and you can tell by all his Now seen on TV posters he has everywhere. Stay away from the colonoscopy nurse clearly breaking hippa talking about patients to the receptionist laughing . I can recall names said and the story told .

My experience at this place was absolutely terrible, particularly due to the vile and ill-mannered nurse, Terry S. I came here hoping to get help with my acne problems but Terry was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. She barely glanced at my skin before she proceeded to shove her one-size-fits-all skincare "regimen" down my throat. She began prescribing me a number of different medications, including an oral antibiotic that I already finished a course of several months ago. To be quite honest, it seemed like she was more interested in pushing medications (for payout from pharmaceutical companies, I suspect) than genuinely helping me. Whenever I asked a question, she immediately got defensive like any other quack would (highly doubt a legitimate and competent provider would respond that way). Furthermore, she consistently talked over me, making it nearly impossible for me to express my concerns - the exact opposite of what you would expect of quality healthcare providers, who listen to their patients and provide personalized care. It's clear to me Terry is only interested in the money and couldn't care less about her patients. It's laughable to think of her as a nurse, let alone a doctor.
