They're really nice those 2 girls solved our little problems my mom and I had with our phones . We came out from the store with 1new phone and the other one is coming in a few days to my house. I don't remember their names ,.sorry girls .

Worst experience you can have here. My phone had only internet and I went there due to not able to make phone calls. The sales lady (in photo). Tried to help me. Changed my sim card. Now my phone lost internet and voice text service all together. She refused to help. Started to blame my phone is bad. I need to buy another phone from her. My phone is not compatible with cricketwireless network. I explained to her. This phone was bought from cricket wireless due to upgrade to 5g network. Just because she doesn't know her job. She still blamed my phone is bad. I let her take another customer while I started to figure myself. I heard her say to other customer. You need to take your phone to another store for help (in photo). She can't help her. In mean time, I had my phone up and running g right in front of her. Where I got my phone, text & internet working. I asked her. How come my bad phone is working now. I asked her if she doesn't know how to help. She should have been upfront with customers. Explaining her limited training. She had no shame and not even said sorry for messing up my phone. Please her photo. If u see her run away. Otherwise your phone will be broken guaranteed or your money back. Haha.
