I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the rental car scheduling process I recently endured with your company. The experience was marred by misleading information and resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration. To begin with, the scheduling process was a nightmare. Despite booking well in advance and receiving confirmation of my reservation, at the rental location only to be informed that there were no available vehicles matching my reservation details. This blatant disregard for my reservation not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary stress. Furthermore, the information provided during the booking process was highly misleading. The availability and pricing displayed online did not accurately reflect the actual conditions upon arrival. Hidden fees and additional charges were imposed without prior disclosure, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Moreover, the lack of communication from your company regarding changes to my reservation only compounded the frustration. I received no notification of the unavailability of the reserved vehicle or any alternative options until I arrived at the rental location, exacerbating an already frustrating situation. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing and has tarnished my perception of your company. I expected better service and transparency when scheduling a rental car, but instead, I was met with incompetence and deception. I strongly urge you to review your scheduling procedures and ensure that future customers are provided with accurate information and timely communication regarding their reservations. It is imperative to uphold honesty and reliability in the rental car industry to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

Always a pleasure to rent from my local Enterprise. Maintained office, clean cars, friendly and helpful staff. I return here faithfully at least once a month and will continue to do so.
