        This location, actually, all locations of Bank of America are always packed and never have enough tellers. The 2 or 3 tellers they have usually take their sweet time to speed up the service. I say this as a person who has been in the customer service business and I understand the "sense of urgency" needed. However, here, there is none of that. They don't care. Bank of America itself has no regard for their customers. Do something BOA!!

        Everything I come here, there are only 2 or max 3 tellers. It doesn't matter what time it is or date. I have been in lines that take 1.5 hours just to see a teller. Unacceptable.

        At Bank of America 2 tellers working only. One is a merchant teller. 18 people in line. Have no one that can help to reduce the line. Need more tellers at this branch. They closed the other branch on Magnolia and Donald so we could wait longer.
