Chase Bank

I have visited this location twice, and both experiences were disappointing. It seems like they are not motivated to assist customers and often provide more excuses than solutions. On my first attempt to open a business account, I was informed that the responsible person was absent for the week. When I returned weeks later after setting up my account online, I was told that they couldn't add anyone to my account without the business accounts banker, who happened to be on vacation once again. Seeking assistance from the teller made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. This branch requires better leadership, as I have never encountered such difficulties at other Chase locations.

Thank you Thomas!!! I am very grateful for your assistance and customer service today. Keep up the great work. Came in to the branch for personal related documents was immediately greeted by Thomas and his care for my request. Waited less than 15 mins for him to resolve the issue.
