I had a recall, therefore I took my car in. Not only was the issue addressed promptly, however I didn't expect to be offered to have the car washed and cleaned both in and out, this of which was done free of charge. Lastly I missed my 10am appointment, however when I rang in at 10:45am to see if I could still bring my car in, I was glad when I was told I can take it in by 11am that morning. Bottom line Daniel was very helpful in making my visit pleasant - eg move my time up; inform me every so often of what state my car was at etc. Will stick with you guys for future service.

I just had to share my incredible experience with your dealership! From the moment I submitted an inquiry through Costco, the service I received was top-notch. Francisco reached out to me promptly and was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He listened attentively to my needs and knew exactly what I was looking for. His expertise and warmth made the process smooth and enjoyable from the get-go. Despite the pouring rain, Yasniel went out of his way to assist me in looking at cars. His dedication and positive attitude were truly commendable. Even in challenging weather conditions, Yasniel made sure I had a great experience browsing through the cars. When it came time to discuss numbers, Seth was transparent and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and ensured I felt confident in my decision. What impressed me most was Seth's professionalism and respectdespite being a woman purchasing a car alone, I never felt taken advantage of.
