    I wish I could give them 0 stars for a review, but I cant so Ill give them a 1 out of 5. This place is completely false in their advertising when it comes to the claim of fast screen repair. My phone screen did get repaired; but, only after they had it for nearly 17 hours. They offered no clear communication around the estimated time for pickup or completion of repair. If I didnt just show up after they opened at 10 am I would not have known if my screen was repaired, or when to pick it up. Theres no ticketing confirmation system to even let you know that your inquiry was received. The "ready for pickup email" was triggered when I walked in the store to see if my phone was in fact ready for pickup since there was no prior communication. For being located in Silicon Valley where the iPhone was developed, youd think theyd be able to turn around repair and diagnostics at least a bit faster than a fully packed Apple Store on 5th avenue in NYC with only a single person on shift at 7 am to do repairs; but, they cant. It took them exponentially longer (nearly 6x longer, to be exact). A complete waste of time and money.

    I had to get my 2016 macbook pro fixed soon. The internal battery was expanding and the bottom case was splitting open at the sides. They did the diagnostic and let me pick up my computer and continue to use it while the replacement parts were on order. When the parts came in, they called and let me know when I could drop off the laptop. The next morning I was able to drop it off for the repair and get it back in the afternoon of the same day. They were very efficient with my time. The new case (and new battery) look like factory original (perfect). I'll be able to continue using this macbook pro and put off my big purchase of a new computer. I'm very happy with every aspect of my macbook pro fix.

    I'm very disappointed with the service I received here and do not recommend going here for your computer. For background, I took my. MacBook Air in for fan issues a couple of weeks ago. 1. They were not honest about the costs. I was told the $65 diagnosis fee would go towards the repair. Should my computer need a fan replacement the total would be $129. I specifically asked if the $65 would go towards the $129 and was told yes. However, I was later quoted $200. 2. During diagnosis mobile kangaroo found missing screws. The last time I had the computer serviced was at the Genius Bar, but that is a different review. A friend familiar with apple repairs offered to help me replace the fan and when we opened the computer not only did we find missing screws but we also found a couple of LOOSE screws wedged between chips on the logic board. This could have caused my computer to short circuit. I get that it is not their fault, but for $65 they should have had the decency to pick up the screws and give them to me separately when I picked up the computer. 3. This is only place that charges to diagnose. I have had good service from TecnoUno in the past. I am currently talking to Ron from Computer Repair in San Carlos and he told me the fan itself is $25 (much less than what mobile kangaroo told me) and the total is less than half of what mobile kangaroo wanted to charge. There are far better, more ethical places to repair your devices. Don't be fooled by the "Apple Authorized" marketing because clearly not even Apple's genius bar can reassemble a logic board properly.

    Good for mobile repairs, not so much for laptops. If you bring in an iPhone, the service should be quick. For MacBooks, it might be better to just send it in. I was hoping to get my laptop fixed soon since I needed it for work, and was not notified that it would take 56 business days. I had to cancel my repair because I could not wait that long. Other than the turnaround time, I thought the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
