I had used this company before at my previous job so when my current small business was in the market for IT support I reached out to them. I explained that I would need web hosting support and IT support for our on-site small business server, network and workstations. In  conversation, Ron the owner basically told me he wasn't interested in our business by saying that he did not offer the services I needed. I was pretty confused because his website states that he offers web hosting and support, as well as small business IT support. Plus, this is what Quality Computer had provided at the previous company I worked for. During the convo, I thought perhaps I wasn't being clear on my needs....  but as I tried to clarify that what we wanted was what he was offering, he continued to put me off. Not sure what that was about, but it seems odd and uncool and I guess they must be doing so well that they do not need anymore business.

I don't understand what everyone else is talking about in these reviews.  Ron has been nothing but courteous and respectful whenever I have utilized his services, and I have never experienced a situation where my specific needs and problems were not addressed promptly and effectively.  Maybe some of these are in reference to a different employee, but my experiences have only been outstanding.

I cannot speak more highly of this place! I've used QC several times and been satisfied with the work every time. It's hard to find a good computer repair place but Quality Computer is definitely worth checking out. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great!
