We first used Martha to sell our townhome in El Segundo back in 2004. Over the years, she's helped us buy and sell two more homes in the South Bay. Martha really knows the local market and is an expert at pricing and staging a home. On our most recent transaction, she was able to sell our home in one week at well above our list price! My husband and I recently worked with Martha to buy our first home, and we cant say enough great things about working with her. Martha is thorough, professional, and an advocate that you want on your side when making such a big decision. Being first time buyers in this 2021 market, we were expecting to get our heart broken a few times throughout the process, but thanks to Mimis guidance we actually had our very first (and only) offer accepted by the sellers at a competitive price. Mimi has a warm and comforting demeanor and what appears to be endless patience as she navigated all of our questions and fears with the home-buying process.
