As first time buyers in this crazy, So Cal market, we are beyond grateful that we had Jack by our side the entire time. This was not an easy task - to say the least - but Jack made us feel like family and was always looking out for us during the 8-month process. When we finally were accepted on an offer on a home that truly met our needs - location, size and a welcoming neighborhood - Jack guided us through the inspection and escrow processes to make sure we were well taken care of. And even after we had closed, Jack was there to help us with the renovations for our new home. He provided the names of contractors and a painter, so our new home would match the vision we had always wanted.
