Terrible terrible experience, since they took over the building they have consistently ignored my maintenance requests, refuse to answer my emails, and takes days to respond to my txt. Prepare to be ignored and deal with zero conflict resolution. This is by far the most difficult management company Ive ever had to deal with. If I could give it less starts I would. Its been 3 months dealing with the same issue with no end in sight.

It is great working here at Pike Properties at this location in Riviera Village since 2003 and great also being connected with the community for 4th of July on Avenue I Fireworks Event :)

During the time I was at my previous residence, Alicia C. was my point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding the property. Alicia provided amazing customer service. Anytime I emailed Alicia, she was not only responsive but she ALWAYS followed up and provided viable solutions to resolve any and all issues. Although I have since relocated, Alicia has still maintained contact to update me on pending actions. I appreciate Alicia so much for her level of engagement with me and I'm grateful for her hard work. She is a tremendous asset to her team

Faulty accounting has resulted in $2,000+ dollars of improper billing on their end. Been a tenant for 1-1/2 years, always on time. Old plumbing in the building has caused the need to plunge with every flush, yet I was billed an additional $1000 for a plumber to unclog "flushable wipes" and $65 to fix a malfunctioning garbage disposal. Maintenance is very cheap and does the least work to have you not complain. The building is old, which means management is responsible for ongoing repairs due to age. Furthermore, charging "late" fees when I have consistently paid 2 weeks before it's due: for 12 months in a row... Wow! Plus 12+ months of additional fees for a "solar program", that I opted-out on, at the beginning of the lease (with provable submitted documentation to management). So far, it's been challenging here.
