Being a first-time home buyer, my fianc and I were in search of an ethical and patient real estate agent to guide us through the stressful process. Tim was just that! Tim was an answer to prayer ! He was patient with us and with our specific requests in what we were looking for in a home. He went above and beyond in every single way , from explaining unfamiliar terms and walking along side us in the process to even a sweet housewarming gift ! Tim was a fantastic communicator with not only my family but with all those involved in the process. He was wonderful with people and truly has a gift for what he does. We will always be grateful for Tim and the huge part in helping us find a home. If you need to buy or sell your home, you really need to work with Tim. I sincerely believe that you will be unable to find someone better. Tim has flawless integrity. It is so important to be able to trust someone throughout the process, and you will learn that you can always trust TIm. He is intelligent, has experience and expertise so he will be able to provide excellent advice. Tim has built solid relationships within the industry so other agents, escrow companies etc. know him and enjoy working with him. He will never pressure you, but will provide options throughout the process. Tim consistently goes above and beyond and will do his best to ease the burdens associated with a purchase. He is a very kind man and a stellar real estate professional.

I could have not been in better hands than with Tim as my realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know much of what I was getting myself into, so I knew I needed to find a realtor with rich real estate experience, but more importantly, a trustworthy person. From our first meeting (via phone) he put me at ease, answering my Qs and providing a lot of transparency in what was happening in this ever evolving market. Tim also referred to my lender, Andre, who was so great to work with - I knew I had found my dream team! I eventually met Tim at our first showing and I knew I went with the right person. Once I put an offer, that's when I was super scared of the unknown, but Tim held my hand through it all. He went above and beyond, talking to the realtor for every single thing I was questioning, walking through every single inspection with me, dealing with all the paper work, answering Qs on site, via text, phone calls, emails, you name it. Even when I was second guessing myself, he was understanding, and was neutral on his advise and I really appreciate it that because it wasn't just a sale, he was really trying to help me find what worked best for me. If I get the opportunity to do this all over again, I would hands down work with Tim. Being in the business space, I know it's hard to find a hardworking and honest person, and I knew I lucked out when I met Tim. If you partnered with him, I know you will be in the best hands this industry has to offer! I'm so grateful for you, Tim!
