Nothing is worse that poor management. If you schedule an appointment, and you're going to be late, you advise the customer before the appointment time. When they ask you how late, and you ignore their question, and they have to ask you again, that's an example of poor communication skills. Then when you finally answer the question with a 2 to 3 hour delay, well that's how you lose business and get a 1 star on yelp. I recommend using a more professional service. You guys did a great job losing business and showing me how poorly you run your appointments and communication.
