I called Essential Plumbing to take care of a rental property of mine in California and James went above and beyond d for me. I am also a plumber in Tennessee and own my own business and i never mentioned that to James. From the initial phone call to taking payment James was professional and polite. He didn't lie to me one time. Sent me photos and video of my tankless water heater before and after. He took care of my tenants and they also had nothing g but good thi gs to say. If you need any sort of plumbing job. James is your man! I had a clogged kitchen sink he came right over on superbowl Sunday and took care of it. Hes very punctual and his prices cant be beat. I highly recommend going thru him with all your plumbing needed. Big shoutout to James youre the man
