Horrible service from the pharmacy 28th was my due date came into store cause they said will be ready by noon I arrived at the store and was told it was to soon for refill when clearly on my bottle shows the dates. Then was told to wait a few days then I called back and now being told the medication is on back order and that they don't know when it will be available all this after back surgery is great but they don't care if you going threw anything. The day before I was told they have the medication but now they don't worst pharmacy by far 100% I will go back to walgreens were they will take care of you and make sure your medication is taken care of.

The store in question is not the problem. Every CVS I've been to has been overpriced, understaffed (perhaps they've had enough personnel but they weren't trained properly or didn't have the ability to help a customer) and had products that were targeted specifically it seemed to create the highest potential for profit. I do not shop any CVS as I believe in a bottle of rubbing alcohol should not cost $8. This is America, you've been informed. Choose wisely.

Several years ago, CVS allowed an ice skating rink to be constructed in their parking lot. A bit of background, for the non locals. At one point, we had a mall. With a CVS, a Harris Gottschalks (where I always got my bedding), a candy store, pizza place, Hot Dog On a Stick, etc. Today in 2024, the mall sits vacant. The side CVS parking lot is full, and amidst cars are homeless, feral black cats and AMR waiting for a call. CVS is a CVS, but it's Redlands, employees are very helpful and accommodating. Restrooms.... you have to ask for either a key or a code, after that, I'm sorry but you are on your own....

Always open, friendly and professional staff. Clean store, fully stocked.
