I am so bummed I love this 711 location so I told my daughter to take my granddaughter for a hot dog and drink this afternoon on March 4th approx 3:45 and unfortunately my granddaughter did not have a good experience my daughter said Hispanic gentlemen was so rude and of course decided not to get the special that they specifically wanted every morning that I go everyone is so friendly above and beyond and of all days to take my granddaughter I am so upset it's the only 711 I enjoy going to because every 711 have the worst service I'm pissed I want to add that even though I was notified through MAPS from the owner they never followed through In the beginning I wasn't looking for rewards I wanted something done because the employees shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like this but when I was offered the points I excepted them but that was over a month ago and I've done everything the owner asked me to do but as of yet I have not heard anything except for given the runaround WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT I'VE ALREADY PROVED I HAVE AN ACCOUNT SO NOW YOU DO YOUR PART ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS THANKS FOR YOUR TIME SINCERLY YOLANDA PINEDO

Saw the cashier adding tape to the credit card reader. They should get a new one if it's breaking down that bad. Everyone should be careful with the credit card reader scams that are going on too because some of them are initiated by the cahiers
