She was always there to meet us at any time we needed, answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of strategies to use with negotiating prices with the owners of the houses we were looking to buy.If we ever decide to buy a new house or sell one in the future, she will be our agent!

Lara is responsive, respectful, honest, professional, and manages to do it all with ease! We were first-time home buyers and she walked us through every step of the process, met with us at a moments notice, provided honest feedback, and gave solid advice on things to look for and if asking prices were good. She went above and beyond with communication. If you're shopping for a realtor, you can't do any better than Lara and her team!

Lara (and her incredible assistant Helen) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet with us while shopping around for houses.  We're first time home-buyers and they helped us tremendously every step of the way.  Lara is incredibly knowledgeable, fantastically personable, well connected (knows a lot of the other agents and has a great working relationship with them), and upfront and honest with her assessments of houses that we were looking at.  She met with us on short notice during the time where houses where posting on a Friday and listed as sold by the next Monday.  She valued our time and did everything humanly possible to make sure that we had the best chances of paying a fair price for purchasing out home.You couldn't ask for a better person to represent you in the home-buying process, and I would recommend her to ANYONE that is looking in the area.  She exhibits excellence, honesty, professionalism, and manages to do it all with ease.  She's a pleasure to work with, my only regret is that I don't have any other home purchases to do in the near future so we would have an excuse to work with her again :)
