Natasha Cerros was our agent, she was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. Called her asking about a house that we wanted to look at and within two hours she had called the realtor gotten ahold of our loan officer and got our approval letter and met up with us to open and show the house to us. Now that is great work ethic. I would gladly refer Natasha to everyone I know for not only her work ethic but also for her bubbly personality and her drive to best suit us the buyers.

Our realtor was Maureen Cretaro. Maureen worked with us for over six months. Anytime we wanted to see a potential house she met with us right away, gave us all the details, and made sure we knew what little aspects of the house good or bad we needed to know about. Her heart is for her clients and making sure they have a great home. She is kind, caring and was such a great realtor to us. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us and our new home.

We had Mae Saini as our realtor and I would not recommend her to anyone. She was extremely rude during our first home buying experience. We had a lot of questions and she would be annoyed at us for texting her. She had us go with roofing and plumbing inspections by her choice and we had to pay when there are many roofing and plumbing companies that do free inspections. I received "you're making things more complex" and "chill out" texts from her when I was asking questions because she told us that we needed to pay appraisal upfront when our lender said it would be billed to escrow. She also said she got us a closing gift and would drop it off on a Saturday and never showed up. When I asked about the closing gift. She said "I have been busy so I haven't been able to drop it off". " That isn't a requirement but I wanted to be nice." "I'll get to it when I have time." I told her to forget it because of the rude text I received. It is fine that she didn't have time to drop it off but at least communicate that and don't be rude when I ask about it. Her communication was not the best at all. She would say we could talk at a time then not answer her phone or call us back. I will never use her or Glass house again if that's how their agents treat their buyers who are making them a lot of money. I felt like all she cared about was how fast and easy she could close escrow to make her money. It was such a bummer that our first home buying experience went this way. I will do my research next time before choosing a realtor.
