Interim HealthCare of Redding

This is a horrible company that only cares about the bottom line when they should put patient care as a top priority. I dont even know why the hospice Dr took a hippocratic oath as it certainly doesnt reflect in how she treats her patients. If it were up to me I would black list this company so no one is abused by them ever again. Thank god for mercy hospice that goes over and above defining patient care as hospice should.

Michelle is amazing at scheduling and finding proper coverage. Calls back in a timely manner and gets things taken care of. I absolutely love this company and their heart for the clients!

Please do not let the staff here take care of your loved ones. They constantly have trouble filling the shifts. On the days that we are lucky to get someone to help, they do more harm than good. They sent incompetent and absolutely rude caregivers to help my dad. They made snarky comments about his disabilities and most of them would rather sit around on their phones. The front office answering phones always seem to have an attitude. The RN supervisor is no help. No one is holding them accountable.
