Arcadia has been helping my husband for about 10 months, some at work and just recently the last 5 months 24 hour care in the home. The majority of the employees were very good at helping him. The company though charges double what they pay their employees and charged us time 1/2 after the eighth hour, but did not pass that time 1/2 on to their employees. Also they terminated my husbands care at the end of the year 2022, with no other alternative help. Do not hire this company to help with your loved one, safe your money and hire someone else.

This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They lied and said that I had to register as a caregiver every two years for a 35$ fee. Turns out they made me pay for my own background check. They lied to the clients saying I was a cna. I'm not. I communicated that with them and they continued to schedule me when I told them not too. This company does not care about its staff or clients. They called my references after I was hired. I could have been a red flag. I highly suggest you don't go through this company for any assistance or employment!!! They steal your money! Worst company EVER!!!
