        Was charged 3 times over 200.00 for a color treatment. Was told I earned coupons etc...never received one!! Was told by at least 3 other stylish, not from jcp, that I was so overcharged. I have short hair, shoulder length, maybe . The last time there my stylist Priscilla and another lady were looking at the computer...figuring my price...oh..we can give u a 5.00 discount...your total is 218.00...um ok...paid and will never go back again!!!
