Matt saved the day! The electrical at my business went out, and a friend recommended Matt. He arrived promptly, discussed his rate, which was very reasonable, and while the problem needed to be fixed by ConEd, he took care of everything with them and even called to check on the situation later that afternoon. James is an excellent electrician who guided me through installing electrical outlets in our garage and a 240V outlet outside the garage for an electric car charger. He was prompt and offered excellent service and communication. He followed through from my initial inquiry to getting permits from the city to the final city inspection of his work. James addressed every concern I had along the way. Everything installed by the electricians is working well, and I will certainly use his services again. Thank you, James.
