Billy is a busy boy, but he called me back and set a tentative date to come see my issue.  A week passed and he called to set a definite date, giving me a quote over the phone for the work I had described to him.  He showed up, on time, did the work in no time, and charged me less money than his original quote because, once there, he found it was easier than I had explained over the phone.  Damn, who does that nowadays?I'll never use any electrician other that Billy at Connected Electric.

From the moment I called Billy , he has been one of the easiest people I have had the pleasure to work with. He called me back promptly and the first thing he mentioned was that he had a full week. Instead of playing phone tag, then coming out and then setting a far flung date, he was On point with his timeline.  He showed up on the day he said he would and he delivered every single item I requested. The way my house was designed, lets just say they did a lot of things right and a couple of things wrong. Billy was creative in his solutions and literally explained everything in easy to understand language.  A lot of contractors and mechanics love using technical terms to bamboozle you. Billy does not operate that way.  I cannot stress enough, this is a trustworthy contractor. As my family points out, I am a dummy but good at reading people. So, there is that
