        Used this company to refinance our home starting in January. Dealt With Mike A. My husband is a Military Veteran. This company gave us the runaround from January 2024 till April 2024. Telling us our payment would be a little lower and we would get back 28,000 as we have over 200,000 in equity. We were instructed to not pay our mortgage while the refinancing was going thru. We had to actually do the leg work for this company, work the company should have done. Then when they were ready to close Mike told us our payment would be $300 more than what we pay now on our mortgage and we'd be getting back $8,000 instead of the $28,000 we were told from the beginning. They reeled us in, only to find out nothing they said was accurate. In the meantime, by not paying our mortgage for 2 months, as they instructed us NOT to do, we have late fees, and no way to catch up with what we owe. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, ever! They screwed us bigtime!

        This was our first time purchasing a home, and Caleb went far and beyond to ensure that this was not only a seamless process, but a pleasant one. Should we decide to purchase any future properties we will absolutely use Caleb. Caleb made himself available at all times to answer and and all questions we had about the loan process. We highly recommend using Caleb!

      Hi Phil, we are sorry to see you leave a 1-star review without being a client of ours or ever having spoken to us and working with us. It is implied, based on the picture you took and the words on the letter we sent, we are not offering to rid of your mortgage, rather consolidate all of your consumer debt. There is no service currently that offers to pay off your mortgage for you. If you would like to speak to us about paying off all of your accrued consumer debt, please reach out to us. If not, we hope that you and or Google will consider removing this as you have had zero interaction with our company.
