Brian and Nichole were extremely helpful through the whole loan process! As a first time homebuyer and first time through the process, it was pretty daunting and had so many questions. I was pre-approved with an online lender to purchase our new home, and secured a good rate and low fees. Our seller insisted we get pre-approved with his preferrend lender, the Grand Lending Team. I'm so glad he did because GLT was able to secure a much better rate. The fees were a bit higher, but they were rolled into our loan, and on balance we will save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Working with the Grand Lending Team was a breeze. We were approved and ready to close in 30 days with no hiccups. I would not hesitate to recommend the Grand Lending Team of Brian and Nichole VerBurg and would use them again for our next home loan.
