        We rented a place with a pool that was supposed to be heated. When we got there, the pool was broken so we reached out about getting it fixed. I then had to spend the rest of my vacation talking back and forth between 3 different folks about it not working. They over communicate and under perform, and that was the case for booking the place and staying there. I would not recommend turnkey to anyone
