Karina Franco and her team have done an outstanding job in overseeing our Saddleback community that was very neglected under previous management (Dion-manager). She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our community runs smoothly and is always prompt in addressing concerns and implementing solutions. Her professionalism and dedication is truly commendable, and I highly recommend White Star management and Karina to any community looking for an outstanding HOA manager.

As a resident of Luminaire in Palm Springs, I felt the need to attest to the fantastic service we now have since Whitestar Management took over from a previous management company. I read a disgruntled review from another resident who has a long history of complaining against previous boards. This resident has wasted large amounts of dollars in HOA legal fees to our lawyer just defending his outrageous claims. At one time, Whitestar had even threatened to stop managing our community thanks to his divisive rhetoric. The majority of the residents came together to dispute his allegations and we are thankful that they are still serving us, however, we do have concerns that this disgruntled resident will eventually give our community a bad reputation resulting in a reduction of our property values, which would have happened if Whitestar had followed through on their threat to leave. We are extremely lucky to have Whitestar as our management company and our community has never been more harmonious and unified, thanks to this disgruntled individual.

WORST COMPANY OF ANY KIND EVER, AVOID, YOU HAVE MANY OTHER OPTIONS: If I could give this business no stars, I would. After patiently dealing with this management firm for 6 years now, it's time to expose how sloppy and incompetent they are. They play favorites to certain residents, lie in their minutes, mislead in their promises, over charge and under deliver. I have it all documented. They mishandle association funds, don't follow up on their duties, and have placed us on a razor's edge to lawsuits. Here's a specific example. They fined a resident without their knowledge and extracted the fine from the owner's dues balance without telling them. As a board member, I suspected something was wrong, asked the homeowner to check their account, and sure enough, their money was missing. What followed was six months of lawyer's letters from that resident and bills to the HOA for Whitestar's attorney to whitewash the incident. Whitestar did not prevail. Whitestar would never tell me who made the decision to take the money out of that resident's dues account, even as a board member. Any lawyer reading this? Get in touch with me. We need help to get rid of Whitestar. One last thing, their brag is they do in-house accounting... HUGE RED FLAG
