        Wow where to start ....so a month or two back we ordered large pizza like we do every week . The pizza looked so small we took a measuring tape out and barely 14 inches not 16 ...ok . I worked in a pizzeria in Jersey for over 10 years pizzas shrink but not that much . The only way a pizza I'd that small is bc you made it that small. So I call the manager he goes back talks to the kitchen manager and gets back on the phone . To no surprise they played it as if I was mistaken and that his kitchen manager made the pizza to the correct size . What he wasn't expecting was that I sent him the picture we took of it ..... then he really didn't have much to say other than sadly ...ok next time I'll give you a 10 percent discount.....WOW. So I swear them off after going to them since they opened ... my family orders a couple pizzas a month later .... we measured them again ...14 inches not 16 ....I belive in coincidences but nah they're selling 14 inch pizzas for the price of a 16 . And before they claim it shrank just stop stop right there that's bull.

      Hello ChristopherThank you for letting us know about your experience with us, if we dont know there was a problem, we can't fix itWe are very sorry about your experience with us, we are known for our pizzas and since we only do two sizes, a 12" and a 16" so I am not sure where the confusion is. Each dough ball is weighed to the same weight every dayIn any event, it wasn't handled correctly by our manager and we would like to invite you back for a new pizzaPlease email us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we can make arrangements. Hello ChristopherAfter seeing your picture you posted, its a bit more clear that although using our standard dough balls that we measure daily, I can see by the thickness of the crust, the person making the pizza that day did not stretch the dough enough. We hand toss all of our pizzas to order so it is up to the pizza maker to stretch it to the right "NY Style" thickness which explains why it came out what looks to be smaller. Since you said that you have had our pizza many times, I am sure that you noticed that the crust was thicker than usual, hopefully this helps you understand that although using the same portion of dough, sometimes it may be stretched larger and sometimes smaller. Thank you for posting a picture so that we could see where we went wrongAgain our apologies and we hope to see you again
