        I had a 3:30 appointment. I got off work early and I arrived at the center at 2pm. I checked in as a walk in and the kiosk gave me a number. After patiently waiting an hour I realized that other "walk in's" that arrived after me were being seen. At one point, I was the only one in the waiting room and no one said a word to me. Finally I got an employees attention and explained my situation and I was rudely told that I can't be a walk in if I have an appointment, and there was no way I was assigned a number at the kiosk, and that I will just have to wait for my appointment. So I continued to watch walk in's being seen until about 3:20, when they started calling appointments. 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment I get called in.

        The technician was friendly and accommodating. I have found this to be the case for all techs at this locations. Our previous insurance sent us to a competitor. Quest is MUCH cleaner and more private and professional. We book all appointments online, so wait time is always minimal and check-in is super easy at the kiosk. My only wish is that they were able to answer phone calls.
