My complete experience with socal ph&ac went well above expectations. They responded quickly to the google request and we were able to schedule a visit the next day. cyrus text me that he was running early and we set up an earlier appointment. He quickly identified the issue and we were on our way. I can't say enough about Cyrus the technician. Clearly he had extensive technical abilities along with outstanding communication and customer skills. I have complete confidence in socal ph&ac and would use or recommend their service in the future.

This review is long over due. I must say Tim and his team did a fantastic job of installing a new HVAC system for me. The heater and air conditioner his team installed is super strong and very quiet! Tim is a class act and very honest and professional His price is also very competitive compare to other HVAC contractors. His communication is above and beyond as I NEVER had any issues contacting him! The Job was finished in 3 days for both Heater and AC. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Thumbs up to secretary for her prompt email response also! I had great experience dealing with Tim and his team! Once you meet him, you won't need to look elsewhere as he can take care of all your HVAC needs. I highly recommend Tim.

This is the best company!!! I needed a new heater and air conditioner. I met with cyrus who spent 2 hours very thoroughly explaining different options and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I never felt pressure and decided to have them do the work. cyrus was here at the beginning of the job and spent time once again explaining what I could expect and how the day would go. The installers were equally impressive. Their knowledge and workmanship was beyond excellent. Once everything was installed, they tested the equipment to be certain everything was working perfectly. They took their time to do an amazing job and cleaned up everything after completing the install. And I was told repeatedly to call should I have any questions!!! Such great service! Our heater stopped working abruptly sending me into a panic, as I have a three-year-old and a 10-month-old who I need to keep warm during the night (it's not like I can layer them with blankets and run a space heater while they sleep, not safe)! So many other companies couldn't even come out for several days, but the general manager of this company rerouted one of his workers Tim out same day. Tim helped me out with the quickfix! Great customer service, knowledgeable workers, amazingly supportive manager. Definitely keeping their information on hand. Highly recommended.

This company makes you feel good right from the first phone call. They really know their stuff. I was ready to replace the whole Air Con system and they talked me down! It was a very minor repair and the service call covered the entire cost. They came out same morning that I called I will use them again and again and again. Honest - Reliable - Profesional - Top Notch Workmanship - and very very prompt.
