PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Don’t hire this company ever. They are not BBB Accredited, check for yourself! (Look at photos attached) I hired them to come replace a outdoor water faucet and the guy “Kevin” who came over quoted me on a price and then changed the amount of the price after leaving a hole on my wall. Look at the photo I attached. Super unprofessional, they lack knowledge and training and will lie to your face. After asking Kevin to come fix the hole on my wall, he tried to do shady business with me stating he will pay for a portion, and I pay the rest. Then he had his boss “Barry” call me telling me that it’s not their fault and they don’t know why Kevin would say something like that. It is not okay to lie to clients. If the boss tolerates this type of behavior, imagine what other sketchy business they could be up to. Look at the other bad reviews and you’ll notice this is a pattern and it’s not their first time doing this. Service: Tap installation

Don came out to fix the temperature and pressure valve/pipe to my water heater, however upon turning the water back on the pressure valve in front of house was also leaking. He quoted me a generously discounted price to replace part. When he was finished I was surprised and so grateful that he not only replaced the valve but he also replaced pretty much the whole thing- the shut off valve the pressure valve, the faucet the whole thing at no extra charge. It's hard to find people who are kind and efficient these days but i got lucky cause Don is both. Happy with work done ✔

Fast response time—immediately knew what the issue was. We had water leaking into our house up from the flooring. Repaired same day. Professional, courteous, and efficient!
