The staff is really nice. Rooms are nice But the breakfast sandwich I got this morning was God awful. Also the connect four game in the lobby seems childish; what am I 13.

Old, dirty, staff is lacking in all areas, food is terrible microwaved garbage stay away. Rooms are beat up, TVs need upgrading.

Our recent stay at Aloft Rancho Cucamonga was a mix of highs and lows, offering glimpses of exceptional service and comfort alongside some notable shortcomings. Situated in a convenient location, the hotel boasts a modern ambiance and attentive staff, yet falls short in certain areas that left us with a mixed impression. Let's start with the positives. The staff service at Aloft Rancho Cucamonga was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in to the day of our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Anthony, the bartender, deserves special mention for his warm hospitality and skillful concoction of the smoked old fashion a true delight for the senses. His enthusiasm and attention to detail added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Furthermore, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were commendable. Throughout our two-week stay, we found the facilities to be well maintained and immaculately clean, creating a pleasant environment to unwind after a long day. However, despite these positive aspects, there were certain drawbacks that marred our overall experience. The conference space, while functional, fell short of expectations, particularly considering the price. The absence of power cords and the need to request them from staff was inconvenient, and the plastic tables and chairs detracted from the professional atmosphere one would expect in a conference setting. Additionally, the HDMI provided to connect screens to the TV was disappointingly short, limiting our ability to utilize the space effectively. Our biggest grievance, however, was with the lighting in the guest rooms. The harsh, fluorescent blue lights were not only unflattering but also uncomfortable on the eyes, making it difficult to relax or work comfortably. Furthermore, the bedside lamp's persistent glow for an hour after being turned off was an unnecessary nuisance, disrupting our sleep quality. In summary, while Aloft Rancho Cucamonga offers excellent service and maintains a clean and well-kept environment, there are notable areas for improvement. Enhancements to the conference space amenities and addressing the issues with room lighting would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. With some adjustments, Aloft Rancho Cucamonga has the potential to truly shine as a premier accommodation option in the area. Rooms: Rooms are clean, beds are good, lighting needs improvement
