Watch out-no hot showers I stayed here and had to endure cold showers for two nights Rooms: The room is average but at least is clean; I dont have hot showers so that hurts

Beautiful new, clean hotel close to ONT airport. Great rooms, beds. Clean. Internet TV. Good, free parking. Free breakfast sucked as expected. Why do they think people want to eat horrible food for free? Other than that, perfect stay.

Amazing service. Meena and Victor were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The entire experience so far has been excellent and with the gym facility being open 24 it made my day. Definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn and we'll be staying here again when we're in town. Came into town again and was greeted right away and our check in was easy and pleasant.

First i would like to say the front desk lady who checked us in was courteous and great . Except the assistant manager of this hotel and the General manager named Desiree Maciel. Was rude and when we move to another room after few hours i got a call and she was accusing us that we ruin their tv and that they have us paid 600 usd .. for a broken tv as per them. However we never even use the Tv , then she kept on saying that they charged us already . then she does not even want to give us the contact number for the Manager and she was being rude and even looked at me up and down , and mind you i am a Titanium member thats how they treat their customers. Just be weary people before u check in take a video of the TV and even the bed that its all fine before its too late that part of their scam to charge you for broken tv as per tge housekeeper and makntenance people they cannot even show the maintenance record right before we check in. Hipe this serves as a great help and warning to those who want to stay at this hotel. Warning everyone they dont care about our Titanium Status so what more if you are first timer ? 600 usd for used TV that we never used nor damage and charged us with no question asked, no benefit of the doubt. Plus they looked at you from head to toe!! No wonder how she made it to become General manager for being rude and running a scam on some clients!!! Oh well honey Mariott bonvoy needs to hear how you treated your clients all about this!!
