Closet Finish

We had a very poor experience with Closet Finish. Our installation was rescheduled 4 times for various reasons by the company. The 1st reschedule they say was because it was a holiday. The 2nd reschedule they said was because they had to prioritize other customers before me. The 3rd reschedule was because they were missing parts. The 4th reschedule was because the installer was not feeling well. I had to finally ask for a refund as who knows what other reasons they will give me next.

I have a small 1928 Craftsman style home and the bedroom closets are very small. I wanted to maximize the space in our tiny closet. I called Closet Finish and I am very glad I did! Mark was attentive and listened to my wants and needs. He gave me a great price, sent me drawings of what it would look like and I couldnt be happier. Install was the next week and Juan came to do our install, he was polite, professional and did an amazing job. We have so much space now in our little 3x6 closet it is unbelievable! Mark even added a floor to ceiling shoe rack at the last minute and I am so glad that he did. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the job was completed in a timely fashion.
