Jim had been so amazing and patient throughout the whole process. My financial situation was super complicated from verifying at least 10 jobs to figuring out how travel nursing income works. It is very rare that you find professionals like Jim that you have the pleasure of also becoming good friends with. Jim and I go back over a decade of knowing each other. He first helped me with the purchase of our first home in Sacramento. He has guided us with the home buying process, and explained every step of the way with patience and highest professionalism. Since then he has become our go to person for any home or financial related questions. He went above and beyond every single time to answer all of our questions over the years, and always had our best interest. He recently helped us with the purchase of our new home that we found after several years of patiently waiting.
