Joe Alves with California Home Loans made our new home purchase anxiety free and an extremely positive experience. Every detail was handled in a timely way. The communication was clear every step of the way. Joe was looking out for our best interests all along the way. The loan was closed on time for us to get the keys to our new home and have a few days to transition for the home we sold. I can't recommend Joe and California Home Loans high enough. I will reach out for his services again when the interest rates drop a bit and we can refinance.
