        Regarding the manager at Cobblestone Apartments located at 3060 Laurelhurst Drive Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. I need to speak with a supervisor or corporate HR department regarding the illegal towing of my personal vehicle by the new manager at this apartment complex.... My newly purchased 1998 Honda civic was towed away this morning for absolutely no reason. I had insurance, registration, and the car was my only way to get to my job, and my boyfriend who is disabled to his medical appointments everyday.... Why did Candy do this to us? Can someone please explain... I have lived here for almost two years now and the former manger I never had a problem like this ....we are already struggling like it is and now I'm ready to take legal action because now I don't know how to get my boyfriend to his medical appointments and his case is life threatening. Please have someob ody call me and get my car back so my boyfriend can live.......I'm scared to death now and don't know how to survive ..
