The apartment building is beautiful! Took a tour with Kara, she was great and seemed to know a lot about the complex and food nearby. We loved her vibe and loved the tour!

Just an update. I had actually taken them to small claims. Not only did they not return our deposit without an explanation but also sent us to collections for sum of 700.00. Still to this day don't know why as we never received final paperwork. I took them to small claims with that creep told guy with long white hair. Which I almost need to add I never liked the way he stared at my daughter and I wasn't the only person to have thought that. But we took them to court and he tried to still keep our deposit but take off the collection and I said no way. So we settled I would get back 3/4 of my deposit. Take them to court, this apartment complex is banking off of peoples deposits because they know most people don't make a fuss. You don't need a lawyer to go to small claims and it is a 35.00 paperwork to file. They have 21 days to send you a finale invoice or deposit and you can request why they kept it and you want receipts for the so called work they did and if after 14 days they don't send it to you, you are entitled to your full deposit back.

Called to inquire about availability. The property manager picked up and was very rude and short with me. Seemed annoyed that I even bothered to call. Not professional.
