Cameron was one of if not the best real estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely hard worker and always on top of everything. He's a local to San Diego so he really knows the market. Cameron has incredible people skills and is able to really key in on what a buyer is looking for in a home. I can't recommend this guy enough. Cameron played a huge role in our house purchasing process earlier this year. Being first time buyers, his expertise and connections were very helpful. He initially broke down each step and explained what to expect in an easy to understand way. Cameron was always available to answer our questions and give advice. He has strong relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, listing agents, appraisers, escrow agents, and property inspectors. Cameron also has access to houses not available on real estate marketplaces. When we needed to put in an offer on a Friday night, he worked late to get it over to the seller in time. The offer was accepted that next morning. Id highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
