We have been thinking about selling our home and did not know the current value. We found The Brokerage online service on estimated value of our home. Peter called soon after we received the online estimate, we made a date to review our home. Peter was a great help on pointing out things that would need to be done to maximize the price of our home. Peter also had a number of good repair people that could help with any repairs needed. We did use one of his painters who did a great job. We have had seven homes and are not new to buying or selling, saying that the amount of realtors we have dealt with was not always good and a few times bad. Peter on the other hand was very honest, answered all my questions or got an answer on anything he was not sure of . Peter gives 150%! He cares about his clients and will do just about anything for them. He is always readily available and is an expert at problem solving! Peter has an excellent work ethic and is a man of integrity. Sold our house in less than a week.

Peter sold our home in the first week of our listing. We were so blessed and needed this to stay in track to keep our new home purchase from falling through. We had aggressively set our pricing and were pleased with the outcome. He was there at every twist and turn digging in deep every time to keep the process moving forward. He expediently provided us with a great team of workers and tradesmen to help prepare our home to sell; painters, landscapers and more.
