This was my second loan through H5. Shelly's steady guidance and mastery of the myriad details made the process as smooth as circumstances could allow. Even hitting a bump with a local vendor didn't prevent the team at H5 from helping me close on schedule. Shelly is extremely knowledgeable on VA loans (and all loans) and is dedicated to helping answer any and all questions. Typically there arent many questions because Shelly is on it way beforehand. She is so positive, professional, and encouraging. She doesnt miss a beat! We will continue to use her services. We also used her for a refinance a few years ago and that was the smoothest refi ever! When we returned as customers, she still knew our situation. Total peace of mind when working with Shelly .
