I wish there was a 10 star rating because Nancy Sapper at C2 Financial is truly excellent at satisfying a clients loan needs. I had a complicated loan, partner buyout situation and Nancy was extremely helpful and addressed every wrinkle that came up. She's extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, looks out for the clients interest and follows through on all the details. From the time I filled out the application, I was pre-approved in 2 days. I was working with another lender initially and still hadn't been pre-approved over a 2 week period of time. Once I was pre-approved with Nancy and team, the communication was clear and frequent which made the process efficient and stress free. Nancy was committed to my transaction to the very end and she even flew to Texas to be present during our closing!

Nancy is worth her weight in gold. I dont think I would have my home without her. She is extremely knowledgeable, more than my realtor, and helped me through all the tough things I didnt understand as a first time homebuyer. I would compare rates with friends buying at the same time and mine was the best by far and I know thats because of Nancys hard work and determination to put me in the best financial situation possible. I cant recommend her enough. I tell all my friends and family about her because I know she will take great care of them.
