I'm happy to provide this reference for Justin and his Mr. Whatever team. During construction of my home in a new development in San Diego, they pre-wired the house for a complete smart home system, including home theater and security. They did a great job planning and completing the project. Since construction has been completed, they have installed and set up the first phases of the system. They have been timely and on budget, and addressed any issues promptly.

WOW!! Thank you Justin and your team.....i am so happy with our new sound system....its really the new theater for us. And all tied into the new home system that controls all the lighting etc...awesome job...have any of your clients call me!

I had Justin come to my home in August of 2022 to help me with getting my pre-wired sound system working in my home, and also taking to him about my wireless system and possibly mounting a tv. I made it very clear that my absolute main concern was getting the sound system up and running. He did a home inspection and AFTER the inspection, he told me there was a $100 charge for him to come do a walk-through. On the positive side, he said that the $100 charge would be deducted from any work I choose to have them do. After about a week or so, he sent me an email estimate. The estimate was a very high estimate that only showed hanging the bedroom tv and running a new Ethernet cable. Nothing about the speakers. I sent an email back the very next day, no response. That was august 25th. I then sent a follow up email on August 29th, September 18th, Oct 1st and Nov 11th. He has never once replied! Absolutely ridiculous! I dont believe a company that specializes in dealing with smart home stuff and internet things is unable to reply to an email. Basically stole my $100 to come by my home and then ghosted me. I highly recommend anyone looking for a company to fix their home security, automation and network needs, keep looking! According to the estimate I received, they only wanted to pick and choose the things that they can easily do and charge a huge amount for! I never leave negative reviews because i know how it can impact a small business. That is why i waited four months to leave this review. I wanted to give him the opportunity to respond back to me. Highly highly dissatisfied with Mister Whatever.
