Location:Good, Parking:Good, Service: Not What I expected, Overall: I was sent here by the VA for an eye injury. I was informed urgent care is a "walk in" Platform. I arrived early and tried to submit my self into their system. The computer seemed a bit outdated and did not work after a few tries. Once I did finally get passed the prior issues The computer said that no appointments were open. Again, this is supposed to be a walk in. But as the nurse arrived sure enough she stated that my Condition requires an appointment. I notified The VA and Contacted the next Urgent Care company. They said no appointments needed and to just walk right in...

Dr was very rude and not professional at all; and the pharmacist too! They dont care about patients; they dont even try to help you worse service and poor customer service

Horrible experience, had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment. People who arrived after me were taken before me. I went for a TB test only to be told they can give me the test but are booked and can not schedule me for a follow-up to read my results. The nurse was eager to take my payment and told me I could go somewhere else to have them read my results. When I asked where she said, "I don't know, I'm not from around here." No apology for waiting, and when I asked why I was last to be seen when my appointment was thirty minutes late and people who arrived way after I were seen before me, she responded, "Yeah, sorry." No test, just 40 minutes wasted after a twenty-minute drive. If I could rate no stars, I would.

I was examined by Ms. Hull NP. She was professional and compassionate. I would recommend!
