My daughter is 8 and we have been with Dr. Wu since she was born. I like the fact that most of the staff has remained the same. They are all very polite and kind. Dr. Wu also is great. He shows he cares and has my daughters best interest at hand....

I have my newest family addition under Dr. James's J.Wu MD care and I am extremely happy and appreciative of both his services and his friendly and attentive staff I am definitely bringing my other children under his care too. I appreciate the fast service and proper accommodations made when needed most.

This is the worst clinic , their attitude shocked to me, my baby was born in June last year, I have been in this clinic since then, when we go this Clinic first time and second time I confirm with front desk lady my insurance, and every time she give answered yes, They take my insurance, then I received a huge insurance bill, this clinic call me told me that they will deal with the insurance company. Let me dont worry about this bill. After I went to the clinic, they told me need pay this bill. Because my insurance not pay them. I was tired waiting there long time to for my baby examination, finally I reached an agreement with the manager of the clinic to pay $150 to end the bill. At the beginning of this year, I hurriedly asked the insurance broker to change the insurance for me. Yesterday, I took my child to the clinic for a physical examination and paid $35, but they said I still had bills to pay. The front desk staff came out and told me that I had to pay the bill before I could give my child a physical examination and vaccination, otherwise I would not give my child a physical examination, and their attitude was also very bad. I told them that I would talk to my pediatrician, but they said my pediatrician was not there and even hes there would not talk to me, I felt lost and disappointed, and really dared not go to this clinic anymore.
