They are not interested in more than charging. The last two consultations that I went to made me wait almost 3 hours, so that the Consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. They have made me wait for more than an hour alone in the office thinking that they had already forgotten about me there. The last time I went they left me a medical referral that was supposed to be READY in 2 weeks and I have called and gone several times to be told that the doctor did not request the referral in the end.
